Hi there! My name is Gustin Lawis, but you can just call me Mr.Gustin or just Gustin, no problem! To all prospective students reading this profile, I can’t wait to work with you to achieve your target scores in IELTS! But before that, let me provide some backgrounds about myself.

I graduated with a degree in English Literature from Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta. Besides that, I have also obtained a English teaching qualification from TESOL Trinity College London. I first started teaching in 2009 at Sanata Dharma University Yogyakarta as English Debate Coach and I have never stopped since then; that means, per 2021, I have been teaching for 11 years. As a professional English teacher, I have taught so many different English programmes, such as English for Academic Purposes (EAP), English for Specific Purposes (ESP) such as English for Nursing, English for Hospitality, and also Business English. I have also helped many students to achive their target scores for English tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, and PTE.

For IELTS, i have helped so many students getting 5.5 to even 7.5, take my trial class to experience my teaching.

My overall IELTS score is 7.5 and i actually scored 9 on Speaking; all thanks to my job as Professional English teacher as I speak English everyday. I understand what the IELTS examiners want from you, study with me and I will guide you through to dealing with different types of questions in IELTS. Besides that, if you need to study further on advanced grammar, look no further, I will answer any questions you have! Last but not least, I never give up on my students and I think that’s the best quality I have as a teacher. 🙂
