Mr. Apep

Hi, my name is Apep Wahyudin, but most students of mine usually call me Mr. A!

I am humorous, imaginative, love to tell stories and talkative. I love reading and writing; my favorite topics are astronomy, archaeology, religions, and politics. I also enjoy outdoor activities like snorkeling, jogging/hiking, and visiting old buildings and museums.

I love teaching students from every walks of life, from children to adults. I have taught much younger students and they love to sit on lap while I am telling the stories. I feel like being a Snow White with the students being the dwarfs.

Once I was chosen and sent to Ambon to teach people who work in governor’s building. They the self-servants—mostly the echelons. So, my students are older than I am. But I enjoy myself being around with them knowing that they are the coolest students I have ever taught in my life.

In my teaching, I always tell the students that “learning a language is learning how to speak the language. If you cannot speak the language then you find in yourself a failure. Speaking English therefore is a must if you are a student who studies English.”
