I believe that each student has different potential and will be able to develop themselves. The teacher will play a role as a facilitator to connect one student to the others or one student to the teacher him/herself. Having interactive class means the good flow of communication happening in class.
My name is Febrina. I’m an open-minded, lively and sociable type of person as well as an avid learner. I do enjoy discussion. I love discussing a wide range of topics, such as political, environmental, psychological and educational issues as well as entertainment. Working with different kind of people is always fun for me and that’s why teaching becomes my ultimate lifelong passion.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in English education and master’s degree in language education from State University of Jakarta. As for my working experience, I started to teach English in 2010 while pursuing bachelor’s degree. I taught various levels of class since then; English for kids, teens and adults, business English, TOEFL preparation and conversation classes.
I’m currently working as an English lecturer at one of the private universities in Jakarta and a TOEFL instructor for Indonesian journalists at a European educational consultation office in Jakarta. I always see learning from experience as an effective breakthrough in the search of the most ideal way of life. I believe that every person has their own innate potentials which allow them to develop themselves to the fullest. Therefore, I’m here to work together with you to achieve it and simultaneously experience the joy of learning English.
Ms. Febrina is a good lecturer, she is always patient while teaching and willing to explain again if I do not understand about the material. Alhamdulillah with her, I feel enjoy to learn English and I got more spirit to speak English fluently.
