Being a teacher is another job I am doing at this moment. My very first job was an English Teacher. I fell in love with teaching since the very first time I taught at the formal school. When my students told me that they finally passed their exam, I felt so much more excited than any other successful that I got. I even cried when got the news that my students passed their exam. This kind of feeling is something that I never get from other job.

I have been teaching since 2002 even when I haven’t graduated yet from my tertiary education. I have taught students started from kindergarten, primary, secondary, tertiary students. For now, I teach student at University for specific purpose such as IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC , Acept, and any other program. To be a teacher is not easy either difficult. It is about passion of your life. What I have learned is we have to be friendly, open minded, patient, cheerful, and good at pretending .LOL. Pretending means we can not feel bad mood in front of our students even though we have so much problems in our daily life. We need to cover our real face so our students will be happy to study with us. If students are happy learning English with us, students will be able to learn faster than ever. It means, we can learn lot more than what we plan. Giving the feeling of comfortable at the very first moment we meet / chat is very important to gain our goal that students will be able to speak, write, listen and read in English very well. Let say, creating chemistry between student and teacher would be the basis of learning its self.
